Entry Requirements for New Membership

  1. Experience and Expertise
    • Minimum Years of Operation: Members must have at least two years of proven experience in education consultancy or related fields.
    • Qualified Staff: Members must employ staff with relevant qualifications or training in international education like EATC.
  2. Partnerships and Collaborations
    • Institutional Ties: Members must have formal agreements with at least two (2) recognized educational institutions.
    • Training and Accreditation: Members must participate in training programs and obtain certifications provided by educational bodies or the association itself
  3. Legal and Professional Standards
    • Business Registration: In case of Private Ltd. Company, the applicant has to submit Certificate of Incorporation. Memorandum of Association disclosing the list of Promoters/ Directors along with their Photographs. In case of Proprietary firm a Registration Certificate from Local Government Body will need to be submitted.
    • Tax Compliance: Members must demonstrate adherence to tax regulations
  4. Ethical Practices
    • Code of Conduct: Declaration from you on your letter head stating that you will be abide by the CODE OF ETHICAL PRACTICES of the Association.
  5. Institutional Feedback
    • References: Members must provide at least 2 references from educational institutions.
  6. Operational Standards
    • Infrastructure: Members must maintain a professional office space with adequate resources to support clients.
    • Data Security: Members must comply with data protection laws to safeguard client information.
  7. Integrity Check: The applicant is expected to Authorize _________for integrity check by third party and/ or should undergo integrity check by third party and provide positive report.
  8. Association Contribution
    • Membership Fees: Application fees of membership of one (1) year from April to March (for Main Office INR___); for each Branch Office INR . Payment can be made via Bank Transfer only , Payment to be done only after receiving positive outcome from New Application Committee of __________
    • Data Security: Members must comply with data protection laws to safeguard client information.
  9. Audit and Compliance
    • Regular Audits: Members must agree to periodic audits by the association to ensure compliance with membership criteria.
  10. Termination of Membership
    • Breach of Rules: Membership will be revoked for non-compliance with association standards.
    • Right to Appeal: Members have the right to appeal termination decisions through a formal process.

By adhering to these criteria, the association will promote high standards, enhance the reputation of its members, and build trust with students and educational institutions globally.
